We had boiled chicken, white rice, some kind of pasta beef thing, cooked spinach goulash, tomato salad, and pineapple. Many of our friends we have spoken to to prepare for this trip said we should eat nothing cold that has been cut with a knife. The concern is if the knife was washed in water with ghiardia, it would contaminate the food. Guess who forgot and ate his weight in pineapple? Yes I did!
We are off to the open air market for shopping.

Hillcrest Church and Falls Community Church have joined together to bring the Gospel as well as humanitarian aid to a remote village in Southern Sudan. The people of Southern Sudan have been devastated by the long civil war and genocide over religious freedom. Food security is the most important need in the area we are traveling to. We are going to help the village of Kalalayi build a farm that can sustain the village and produce enough extra as to sell in the local markets.

Okay...praying you don't regret that. Maria said Ben asked for prayer that you don't forget where you are...I thought it was a silly request - but am rethinking that now!
